Port-out from corporate abonement to personal pre-paid is using wrong name data

Hello all,

today T-mobile has perfomed a port-out number converting my employer's abonnement to a personal prepaid. My employer told me this new prepaid should be under my name and with my address.

Unfortunately, the name and adress were not correct, and I could not modify them.

I called the klantenservice by phone and they fixed the address, however they could not fix the name since it requests an ID verification. The chat service is always busy.

Can you indicate me what to do to change the name and surname on my current mobile prepaid?

Can I fix the name at a T-mobile shop as given at T-mobile - Persoonsgegevens aanpassen?
