For the second time in less than a month, my house internet from Odido is down. Called the support, but they can't do much, only asked me to wait. They say this time might be a general problem in Utrecht because they are getting a lot of phone calls. If this is the case, I may get a solution today, If not, and the problem is only my house, the solution can take up to 3 days.

Last time, I was a whole day without internet. The next day magically it was up again. Never received an explanation. So far, I have been happy with Odido, but not I'm seriously considering to change providers.

Indeed quite frustrating when you working at home. Think about cancelling the order. Just one week on their network and already problems.
