I have a router and wifi extender at home. I have an antivirus on my computer so it does not let me connect to the router because it gives me a duplicate IP address error. i can connect with my phones and lets me connect to the extender but not to the router itself. This is because UPNP is enabled and blocked by antivirus. Can you disable it, as resetting the router does not help.
Router: DX5401
I live in a rented house so I'm not on the contract and the house is contracted by city estates i believe If you'd like to contact them to confirm this is their number XXXX

For what it’s worth… I don’t think the problem is that UPnP is enabled.
Not sure how you came to that conclusion. If you can’t get any further with this… you might want to share where you got that information… and give the name of the anitvirus and exact error messages you get. Usually you only get duplicate IP errors when you statically assign IP addresses to devices.
Hi @anikedietzsch, I would love to help you with this, but the UPNP is not a setting that we can turn off or on for you. Luckily you are able to do this yourself by logging into the modem! You can find the instructions on how to do this in this topic. The login information for the modem is found on the back of it. Will you keep me updated on if this has worked for you?
