hi there, i’ve had no internet on and off now for around 7 weeks - it’s incredibly frustrating. The t-mobile customer service people have sent someone from guidion twice now but the problem is not resolved and i’ve had to pay my internet bills for may and june when i haven’t had the service. I was hoping it would be solved with the second visit but it isn’t and i still don’t have working internet. How can i ask for compensation / a refund on my last 2 bills?

Once internet is working again you'll receive a compensation for the days you didn't have internet. It will be calculated like this :

1/30 of your monthly costs × the amount of days you didn't have internet.
