Hoe kan ik de firmware van de Zyxel bijwerken? Ik heb een Remarkable die geen verbinding wil maken, maar het verder wel overal doet. Ook bij de Zyxel lijkt alles goed ingesteld. Ik kreeg het volgende verzoek van de helpdesk van Remarkable:
Some affected customers have reported that reaching out to their ISP (Internet Service Provider, i.e. Odido) and requesting them to push a new firmware version to the Zyxel router has resolved this issue.
I would recommend contacting your ISP (customer support / or leave a message on the consumer forum) and request to be added to a list of customers being pushed to the new firmware version with priority.
