Hi,

I 'm leaving Netherlands this month and need to cancel my internet subscription. I cannot do that on the webpage, there is only blank but no any existing subscription showing up. My contract  started in 2022.

Could you help me cancel it? I know there is one month notice, but please help me do it asap, thank you!

 

 I would also like to know how to submit the devices.

I can do this for you. I can cease the contract by 14-09, but maybe I can get a little more leeway. When do you want the contract to end? After ceasing the contract you will get an e-mail with the instruction on how to return your devices.


Hey Tommie, thank you for helping! Could we end the contract by 31-08 maybe? If that’s not going to work, then 14-09 is also okay for me.
