I have a bose soundbar 700. Previously i had KPN connection and everything worked fine.
Since 5 months i switched to odido, my bose soundbar 700 cannot be connected to wifi. Odido support team did a lot of tests and failed to connect. They even said that a software update will be placed, but i do not see this.

Can you please help me resolve this issue? This is a 600 euro investment sitting in the dust due to unable to connect to Wifi :(

Hello @nkrishnappa

What could help is:

In your browser go to 192.168.1.1 and log in with admin and the Login Password behind your router.

Disable 5 GHz under wifi instellingen. What you could also try is in the menu go to netwerkinstellingen, draadloos, algemeen, choose WPA2-PSK as beveiligingsmodus and click on toepassen.
