After waiting for the Power and the Wifi lights to turn on steadily, I connect the LAN1 to LAN1 on both devices, but the extender shows up as Client instead of an extender.
I assume caused by this; the setup process of the Extender does not continue. The link light never turns on.
If any log files are needed to troubleshoot, I’ll be happy to include them as a reply so long I’m told where to find them.

When the extender has a wired connection than the power led is steadily orange, the WiFi led is blinking green and the link led is off, this can take up to 10 minutes.

what if it continuously keeps blinking orange? it’s been doing so for hours, despite numerous (factory) resets.
the last week all of a sudden i cannot connect any devices to my wifi extender anymore, despite having changed nothing and it having worked for months now. I can find the extender, it mentions being connected by wire, but it doesn’t seem to “do” anything anymore.
