Hi! I ordered internet for my new place but I somehow switched the letters in my email (I know, dumb mistake, usually autofill to avoids that but this form makes you type it all out). birdget instead of bridget

The confirmation page says:

we have sent the confirmation of your order with the contract to <wrong email>. Keep it safe, because the contract will be issued once.

Do you want to view the order status of your order? This is possible in My T-Mobile Home. First create a T-Mobile Home account via the link in the confirmation email.

 

this is all well and good, but there’s literally no order number or anything for me to use to prove I need to change the email. What to do?

Hi @dernhelm, welcome to our Community! No worries, I changed your email address immediately to the correct one and I resent the contract to your correct email address. Please let me know if you didn't receive it, so I can send it again!
