On Monday, 30 October, I had an internet technician visit me to install internet. However, he could not finish it because, according to him, there were network-wide issues and he needed a patch connector.
His notes:

Aub doorzetten naar infra.
Even though the internet connection switch was not successful, my current provider switched off the connection. While Odido, provided me with a 7 day voucher for unlimited mobile connection, it’s unacceptable as a substitute. Odido created a ticket with the backoffice, however I have not heard back yet. (Reference numbers: 66790082 and 66802704).
I would like to hear from you as soon as possible and schedule an appointment with the technician by next week. Otherwise, I kindly request to cancel my Internet subscription as it’s of urgent importance for me to have internet available as soon as possible.
