Hi @SHILEY, apologies for the late reply. It looks like there was a problem in one of the datacenters which has since been fixed. It looks like your modem is online so you have a working internet connection, good to see! However I do not see the TV Box yet. You can simply connect the TV Box to the modem directly through any of the 4 Internet ports with a network cable and then the TV will automatically start collecting it's settings. If you run into any problems (an error message for example) then do let me know, I'll be happy to help!
