Hi @SHILEY, apologies for the late reply. It looks like there was a problem in one of the datacenters which has since been fixed. It looks like your modem is online so you have a working internet connection, good to see! However I do not see the TV Box yet. You can simply connect the TV Box to the modem directly through any of the 4 Internet ports with a network cable and then the TV will automatically start collecting it's settings.
