I do not have access to internet from the first day that It is coneccted.

Hi

It is about 3 weeks that the service man came to my house and installed my wifi. he told me there is something about the net and KPN and some one will come over. But no one shows up. I tried to call the services but it was in dutch. can you please help me?

Hi @Azin,

 

I'm here to help! I'll try to fix this as soon as possible. Something went wrong in the order to our gridoperator. I'll correct that immediately. There are two scenario's. One: you'll soon receive a message or a call to make an appointment and the machanic will correct the connection. Two: the mechanic will restore the connection at an outside location and doesn't need to make an appointment with you. In this case, we'll update you through e-mail on the situation. 

 

My apologies for the delay. I'll make sure we'll fix it quickly now!
