Now I know my Dutch isn't that good, but when I read this instructions on tmobile website:

Wanneer is de Overstapservice niet mogelijk

Is jouw huidige aanbieder KPN, Telfort, Tele2, XS4ALL, Ziggo, Online, NLE of PlinQ? Geen probleem, we regelen een zorgeloze overstap voor je.



Vind je jouw huidige aanbieder niet in dit rijtje terug? Dan biedt deze geen Overstapservice aan. Dit betekent ook dat wij niet jouw abonnement kunnen opzeggen, Dit zul je zelf moeten doen.)



Everything is clear, but when I go to the providers list there is no NLE, and my current provider is NLE, so what's going on here? Is NLE have a another (different) name that only Tmobile knows?

Unfortunately I already sent the wrong details, I asked and I was told Nle is KPN, So I chosed KPN, can this be corrected? Or do I have to cancel the order and order a new one?
