My TV box cannot watch program. Although the information of channel are all correctly retrieved and display on the screen, click “Kijk” and shows “Er heeft zich een fout voorgedaan tijdens het afspelen probeer het alstublieft later nog een keer”

 

The internet cable is good (I test with my laptop). I switch port between port 3 and 4. 

Please advise it.

This error-message has to do with the stream. No worries though, there’s always a solution! :smile: Which TV Box do you have? Can you try resetting the Box by unplugging the power cord for 20 seconds?
