He told its and problem with KPN.
Please help to know when the internet and TV connection will be back.
What about the money debited from my account.

Hi @sena1 , in this case it was Reggefiber that we contacted and I see they got you online on the 8th. Is everything working now? In regards to the subscription cost, I just made a credit for the period of the 22nd of July until the 8th of August! The total amount is € 18,37 and this will be settled with your invoice of September. If there is anything else I can do for you, do let me know!
