I have a problem because I ordered two internets by mistake, I sent them back the modem with the sim card as instructed in the regulations, it's been two months now and they charge me for invoices, and I only use one device, I can't get anything done when I call, please can someone help me?

I am sure I can help you. Would you mind adding your postcode, street address, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number to your profile? why can't anyone help me, I'm posting opinions, it's absurd, they've been downloaded for 4 months for 25 euros, now another one, no one can solve this problem, I'm disappointed and I never want to have contact with Odido again, I wanted to leave one internet connection, but due to the current situation, I'll want to cancel both subscriptions

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and fully understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to process cancellations ourselves via this platform. For security and privacy reasons, cancellations must be handled directly through our Customer Service team by phone. You can reach them at 0800 0092 (free of charge). They’ll be able to review your account details and assist you further with both subscriptions if needed. Again, my apologies for the situation you’ve encountered, I truly hope it gets resolved quickly for you.
