My klik&klaar is still not working

At the end of October I ordered Klik&klaar. It was almost 3 weeks since it come to me. In the meantime, I got an email that it was cancelled, so I ordered a new one. If I remember correctly, I received an order on November 6, but instead of one I get 2 , so I called Odido, they told me I had to wait to see if any would be active. The next day one worked and I had a connection, but... the next day there was no internet. No connection, nothing. I called again, I was told my plan was active and it looks like there's some work to be done in my area and they can't tell me when I'll have internet, I have a prepayment of 25 euros and I have to wait. Today is October 24. Can someone tell me how much longer I have to wait and how to solve this problem? I haven't had internet at home for almost 1.5 months.

I immediately went to check for you and indeed I see 3 different orders. All 3 orders have been cancelled. So these will not work either. Do you know anything more about this? You would have to place a new order and return the equipment you have now. This is the only option at the moment.

I immediately went to check for you and indeed I see 3 different orders. All 3 orders have been cancelled. So these will not work either. Do you know anything more about this? You would have to place a new order and return the equipment you have now. This is the only option at the moment.

So why when I was calling help desk few Times they were telling me that my sim cards are active and its not working becouse there are some work to be done in my area... I'm waiting more then one month to have internet in my home and I still dont have it. If someone told me that in the begining i would have it now. Now I need to order another one that will go to me for 2/3 weeks. Come one. At least could you help me with ordering it to the odido near my home? It propablly will be faster. Do I need some sticker to send it back to you?

Hi ​@M0NQ, due to high demand, it will take up to 3 weeks for the modem to be delivered. You can easily request this yourself via the website or in-store.

You can send it back using PostNL's reply number:

Can't you just activate the sim card that I already have?

Unfortunately, this is not technically possible ​@M0NQ. This is the only way.
