Hi t-mobile thius and the community.

I have been having a stable fiber connectivity with speed matching my contract (400 Mbit/s), but today it got reduced to ~4mbit/s symmetric. There is no way to check if there is some maintanance, so I’d like to see if someone from Tmo can have a look at this?

My laptop is connected directly to the modem, so no WiFi problems can have play here…

I have also power-cycled the media converter.

Hello @rdodin

Can you check your speed via the Ookla speedtest app and using another internetcable (CAT5E or higher)?

Also which mediaconverter do you have?

Hi @Waqqas

the issue got resolved today without any intervention. Let’s see if this was just a glitch...

@rdodin

You can check if the yellow cable between FTU and mediaconverter is not too much folded, that could cause problems with the Fiber signal. And also is the right cable being used? You could place a picture of the FTU and mediaconverter here.
