The Klik&Klaar subscription with the customer number ending in ***8025, you are trying to add to your existing account. Your account is currently linked to the Klik&Klaar subscription with the customer number ending in ***0833. The reason why you see this message and cannot add the other Klik&Kaar subscription is because the name does not match on both subscriptions. One shows Y. Liu and the other L. Yang. In order to link both subscriptions in 1 account, the name, address and date of birth should match. I see that the rest do match, only the name does not.
No worries, I just sent an email to you, to which you can reply with a copy of your ID proof. Once you've sent it to me, could you give me a sign in this topic? Then I can change the name for you, so you can merge both subscriptions into 1 account.
