Cannot link mysubscription to my account

I Have a new Klick and Klaar device and i cannot link the device to my account. The Goedkeuringsnummer: 500439356

Hello ​@Yang, no problem! I looked right away and I see that you are trying to add another Click & Go subscription to your existing account. Is it correct that you have 2 Klik&Klaar subscriptions?

The Klik&Klaar subscription with the customer number ending in ***8025, you are trying to add to your existing account. Your account is currently linked to the Klik&Klaar subscription with the customer number ending in ***0833. The reason why you see this message and cannot add the other Klik&Kaar subscription is because the name does not match on both subscriptions. One shows Y. Liu and the other L. Yang. In order to link both subscriptions in 1 account, the name, address and date of birth should match. I see that the rest do match, only the name does not.

No worries, I just sent an email to you, to which you can reply with a copy of your ID proof. Once you've sent it to me, could you give me a sign in this topic? Then I can change the name for you, so you can merge both subscriptions into 1 account.

Hello ​@Yang, welcome to our Community! I completely understand that you want to be able to add your subscription in your account, let's look at a solution together! Are you trying to add a 097 number to your existing account? Or is it a whole new account, where you only want to link 1 subscription in?

If you want to add the subscription to an existing account where a subscription is already linked, the name, address and date of birth should match on both subscriptions. Is that also the case?

I would be happy to check your subscription with you to see if everything is set up correctly. Can you mention the number you are trying to add in your profile together with your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number and give me a signal when you have done this? Then I can check with you after that!

I sent the documents a month ago, but i forgot to tell you here. So i cannot add the device to my account right now, LOL. Hope you can help me to solve this issue.

Hi ​@Yang, thank you so much for the update! I have found the e-mail that you have sent, however it seems like the copy of the ID didn't arrive correctly. I have immediately sent you a new e-mail so you can try this again. Please update me in this topic as soon as you have sent the e-mail. That way I can immediately help you with this!
