Hello,

I have lost my SIM card, how can I order a new one? Doing as the instructions on Odido’s website is impossible as to order a sim cards, one would need to login to Odido which requires receiving an SMS. I have sent a private message to a moderator 10 hours ago and haven't heard anything back.

Kind regards,
Nazih

Hi Nazih, I see now that you also have this topic. We have strict rules regarding ordering and activating a new sim card. Since a few months it has been obligated to use 2 step verification as well. This is all to protect your information and subscription from outsiders. We want to protect, your information and your costs as much as possible. But no worries, if you ever lose your phone or sim card again (and I hope you never do), please know that you can always contact us: here on the Community, on Facebook, X Chat and by phone! 😄

@Marciano van Odido clear, thank for the help :D
