Urgent! Double verification, not possible to log into the service


Hello Odido,

I was using the esim since some time and today my telephone was accidentally wiped out. Luckily, I was able to recover all the data from icloud but the sim card didn’t “came back”. My physical sim doesn’t work anymore and since I don’t have the esim I can’t log into the odido service. Can you guys re-activate my esim or my physical sim? Now I see, that esim is actually a bad choice.

Hi Jan, welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you accidentally wiped out your phone, but I'm happy you were able to recover all your other data from iCloud. I've looked into your account and I see that you spoke to my colleague yesterday and that you have a new active eSIM. Is that correct? Is everything okay? Please let me know if there's anything I can do for you! 😊
