There were some issues with My T-Mobile account and one of my subscriptions (number 0618493006).
I called the Customer Service, they unlinked this subscription from my account and asked to wait for a couple of days. So I tried to link it back - and since then I’m getting an error. Also, when I came to a T-Mobile shop and tried to extend my subscription - a salesperson entered this phone number and my date of birth - and it also threw an error. It looks like there is some kind of error in the database (wrong date of birth?).
Could someone check what is the problem? It is already a second week of me going back and forth with the Customer Service and every time they are trying the same things and asking me to wait a bit more.

That doesn't sound good! What kind of error message are you getting exactly? I'd be happy to check your account with you if I see anything unusual. Can you send me a private message with your phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number known to us for verification? Then I'll check your account with you right away!
You can also extend your subscription by contacting one of our sales advisors by calling 0800-8104. This can be done on weekdays between 08:00 - 19:45 and on Saturdays between 09:00 - 17:15. Together with my colleague you can discuss all possible options!
