Changing from company subscription to prepaid

Hi, I have a subscription provided by our company and would like to transfer it to prepaid sim as I’m leaving the company. Yesterday, I brought a prepaid sim on your store and they assisted me in transferring the number. However after I left, I then received a message saying that the transfer was unsuccessful. Can you help me with this?

In case of a business subscription call 0800 8102.

Did this as well, but they just referred me to go back to the store again, which I cant do today
