You have chosen for Unlimited Plus with your new subscription, good choice! What crazy that the speed is lower. Perhaps it is due to something else. Had you already rebooted your device? It will then reconnect to the mast in your area.
Could you check if the software of your device is up to date? You can also reset the network settings of your phone. With an Android device you can do this as follows: Settings > General Administration. Then choose Reset and then Reset network settings. If you have an iPhone then do this as follows: 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Transfer or reset [device]' > 'Reset' > 'Restore network settings'. Hopefully this will provide some improvement!
As for your subscription, I saw that you had cancelled it yourself. Your entire subscription would expire because you had cancelled it yourself. A renewal can only be cancelled by us. I see that you have since been in contact with a colleague and that the renewal has been cancelled. Your subscription is now active with the corresponding Customer Benefit.
Do I understand correctly that you want to return to Unlimited basis which you had before? I can convert your current subscription to Unlimited basis if you want. You can always make a change in your bundle once a month and can be done very easily through your My Odido account. The change will take effect immediately. Would you like that?
Keep in mind that with Unlimited basis you do not get an Extra point. You now do with Unlimited Plus, where you have opted for HBO Max Basic with advertising. Your Customer Advantage does remain the same with the discount.
