I’ve tried several times to cancel my subscription on the app but it doesn’t work. I’ve waited and waited but no reply and I couldn’t call CS because I’m living abroad. I’d like to cancel it as soon as possible. I know that it has a month notice but I don’t wish to pay another month because of this endless delay and waiting. Please review the case and answer me.
