I lost my phone abroad. I have a subcsription and need to log in my eSIM to my new phone, however I need the QR code and login details, any idea how to do it?

Hi Dixie, welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about your phone, I hope you are still enjoying your stay abroad. Will you be abroad for a long time or will you be back soon? Ordering, downloading and activating a new eSIM abroad is very complicated and without your current sim card impossible to activate, because you will need access to Mijn Odido. The best alternative is to buy and use a local sim card for the remaining time that you are abroad, and get a new eSIM as soon as you're back in the Netherlands. You can get one in one of our shops or I can also help you order it! đ
