I see you already send me a private message. You have a contract with us until 1-1-2024. If you would like to terminate your contract before that date you will need to buy of your contract. That will be 50% x remaining months. If you would like to continue with the buy off please let me know.

No worries I have filed a cancellation request for you. Your contract will be terminated on 17-11-2023 due to the one month notice. I have also send you a confirmation e-mail and you can find the cancellation fee in the e-mail.
