I went to buy a sim card only and I was giving a 2 year contract. I didn't want a contract and would like to cancel it. How would I do it or is it possible?

    Hello @Ebony 

    Yes it's possible to cancel your contract within 14 days, please wait for a moderator to reply and make sure your klantnummer is filled in in your community account.

    As @Waqqas mentioned you are able to cancel the contract within 14 days. Could you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will check if it’s possible and help you with your request.
