Hello, i have questions. 1,5 months ago, i make transfer my number from another operator, but later i cancel this transfer. And now i get every month payment for my Subscription for another number what i dont use. How can i cancel this? Thanks

If you only cancelled the number porting but not the subscription itself , than a new number will be assigned and the subscription will directly start. You have two weeks after placing the order to cancel the whole order. After that periode, a break-up fee needs to be paid. How high this is depends on the lengte of the contract you signed up for.
