No service in Spain


Hi, I am having some trouble using roaming outside of the Netherlands(in Spain). Roaming is on, I've restarted my phone, and reset my network several times already but nothing is working.

Also tried manual selection for network provider but still in same situation.

Hello @AndreaGordillo 

Do you have an open invoice or a betalingsregeling? Because of this there could be a barring on use outside NL.

You can also try your simcard in another phone, maybe it works than.

No that I know of, everything was working well in NL and it was just when I arruve in Spain that it stop working. I read in another comment it was related to the "barring on international roaming" but I dont know how to request it as I cant even log in into my Odido account because of the sms verification code..

Hi @Daria314, yes absolutely - I'm here to help! I see that there was a barring on international roaming. I removed it for you. You should be able to connect to a network now. If it doesn't happen automatically, please check this page to see all available networks for the country that you're in, and you can manually connect to a network: Tarieven en dekking in het buitenland | Odido. I'd love to hear if it works for you! 😄

Thank you it worked, however I am now in Germany(driving to Poland) and have same issue again, could you please help

Hello @Daria314 have you checked the above page with which providers you can connect? You don't have an open invoice right?

Hi Daria, I hope you're enjoying your trip. I've looked into your account and I see that the barring on international roaming was back. Not sure why, maybe it automatically turns back on after switching countries. I've removed the barring, so you should be able to (manually) connect to a network again. In Germany you can connect to Telefonica, Telekom and Vodafone. In Poland you can connect to Polkomtel and T-Mobile. Please let me know if it works again!
