Hi @ewaxv6, I have looked into this for you and we are completely dependent on the network administrator to place the Fiber connection point in your house and connect you to the district exchange. There is no way for us to speed this process up, as much as we would like to. This is also the reason that we cannot guarantee a working connection by the wish date that you gave us. As soon as the actual date that you will be online is known, we will let you know through e-mail. You can always contact the network administrator to see if they have any options to speed this process up, but I am not sure if this will work. Your network administrator is Open Dutch Fiber and you can contact them on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 by calling to the number: 088-1633633.
