I switched from Ziggo to T-Mobile internet connection and was told that fiber optics is available in my house and that a connection is possible in my residency. I was told by T-Mobile that I would receive my modem two weeks before the installation. I received the modem a month ago and have not heard anything from T-mobile about an update of my order status, which is still “in behandeling”. Customer service is not giving me a valid answer. My previous contract has already ended in which I gave myself more than one month of time to switch, but apparently that is not enough time for T-Mobile to set up internet in my apartment. Please give me an update on my order as I am now without internet and can not afford to be without it.
Order status "in behandeling" for more than two months. Still no Guidion appointment or internet.

What I will do to help, is contact our Fiber department right away and check what the exact status is and what you can expect. Two things can happen, they will either contact you later on this week by calling you, or they will give me an update and I will share this in this topic. Either way you will hear from us soon.
