How can i change the address to receive my installation package if I'm not moved yet

hi 

 

I subscribed new connection for my new house. I can only get the house on May15th, but today i received mail saying that my installation package will be sent 4 to 7 days before 14th of may. So i would like to change the address of receiving the installation package. Please help..

Hello @dineshpc 

When the installation package gets delivered and nobody is home it will be delivered at a postnl pick-up point I guess.

Or you can change the location of delivery to a postnl pick-up point once you receive the track & trace code.
