Technician request

I would like to request a technician to connect the ISRA point to my telephone line. The telephone line went to the wrong basement, so I have now an extension and couplers to reroute it to the correct ISRA point. The technician needs to identify the cable so I can reroute it and then connect it to the actual ISRA point. Thanks in advance.

Hi @George M, by telephone line do you mean the incoming line from the street/datacenter? In that case the grid operator (KPN) needs to send a mechanic over but we can contact the grid operator for you. If you could send me a private message with a short description of the exact situation, your full address, your date of birth and the last four digits of your bankaccount number then I will send out an order to the grid operator!

    Ik ben per 4-11-2021 niet meer werkzaam als Moderator op de Community. Ik zal eventuele privéberichten daarom niet meer kunnen beantwoorden maar mijn collega's helpen je graag! :)
