unable to use tv anywhere

Hi @CarolLyle, I'd love to help you! What device do you use TV Anywhere on? If you downloaded the app, would you like to try uninstalling and reinstalling it? Greetings, Ishana

Hi Ishana. I use TV Anywhere on my Windows 10 computer without any problem. I have a new Android tablet - Redmi pad - and have downloaded the app several times. When I enter my client number and pin I get the 'too many devices' message. Hope you can help.

Hi @CarolLyle, Could you remove all the devices for me? You can do this via My T-Mobile: Step 1: 

     

      Go to Settings

  • Step 2: Click on Television
  • Step 3: Click on Tv Anywhere
  • Step 4: Click on the device you want to log off

 

Then uninstall the app and reinstall it, will it work correctly now?

Hello

I log in to My T-mobile or T-mobilethuis

... go to television

... settings...

Nowhere does it say see devices or remove devices.

I cannot remove TV Anywhere from my pc, even with administrator rights!

My tablet shows 'show over other apps'the whole time and does not permit me to log in... even after a new install.

What next?

Hi @CarolLyle, I removed all the devices 1 by 1. Could you please check again if it works? What I noticed was that PC_Admin, was among your devices 8 times. I removed them all and you should be able to log in now!
