Static on TV screen

I have recently installed T-Mobile TV and it works well. However, whenever I turn the TV after leaving it off for more than a couple of hours, all I get is static/white noise on the screen. The static only goes away after disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable.

This happens quite regularly. In a couple of days of having the tv box, it has already happened to me 4-5 times. And it is quite annoying. I chatted with T-mobile customer service already, and they did a remote reset of my tv box. But the problem is still there.

I’d love to see if I can solve the issue. First things first; I’m very curious about your current set-up. Can you tell me how the TV is connected to the TV Box and TV Box to the modem? With these extra information we can take further steps in solving this issue!
