Cancel subscription and send the router to the Odido

Hello, I leave the apartment I sent on 30 May 2025 and will move abroad. How can I cancel my internet subscription and send back or bring my router to an Odido store close to my place.

Thanks for creating a topic! You can cancel your subscription by calling the Odido Customer Service. After that, you will receive an QR-code in your e-mail to send your router back.

 

The Customer service is available on phone number: +31(0)800 - 0092

Hi, Thank you! Could you please tell me where should I send back the router? Any address? 
Can I bring it back to an Odido shop or it’s only by mail? Thanks!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn it in at an Odido store. 

As soon as you have cancelled your order, you will receive a QR-Code by email. Once you have received it, you can return the package to a DHL service point.

If you have equipment that does not need to be returned, you will also be notified of this.

Hi ​@Sim2025, are you sure your contract is canceled? Did you contact us via 0800-0092? You should have received an email with the confirmation about the cancelation and information about the return of the hardware. If you haven't received this e-mail, please contact 0800-0092. I’m calling from France. Do I have to add +31, this way +310800-0092? Or call another number? Thank you!
