No internet in Hoofddorp since 02-02-2024

There is no internet in my home since 10am with LOS sign blinking red.

no update from odido on what is the fault. Have rebooted my modem multiple times.

 

can someone help?

A ticket regarding your case has already been opened up - on Friday. You'll receive a notification once it's been updated, shortly. Our current processing time is 1 to 3 working days. Our technical department and mechanics are free on Sundays so that's why you haven't received an update yet.

Is there any update?

if you can’t fix it by today, please cancel my contract.

I have been without internet for 3 days now. This is not why I switched to odido.

Tot 11 augustus met verlof! Life is too short to drink bad wine! Alleen een privébericht sturen als hier om gevraagd wordt.
