Fiber Optic installation


I received a text on the 21/09 that the Fiber optic connection would be placed. I have also received the package with the modem, but I have not had an email to schedule the appointment with Guidion. Also in the order tracking the status is still at Order Pending, do you know what is happening with the order?

Hi @joewelsh99, welcome to our community!
I'm happy to give you some more clarity on this. In fact, I went to check for you immediately. I see that the wish date is 31-10, this is a wish date and can still be changed. We do our best to meet this date, however, we don't always succeed. The order is running smoothly for now. At the moment we are still waiting for the patching in the subcontractor's district exchange. When that is ready, they will give a signal to Guidion for installation!

Ook voor jou ben ik meteen gaan kijken en hier geldt hetzelfde verhaal. Jouw wensdatum staat op 13-11 en de huisaansluiting dient nog geplaatst te worden. Op dit moment is het rustig afwachten!

@Tommie van Odido  are you able to follow up on this? It is now 31st October and I still didn’t receive any information or communications.. and now I have moved into my new house and have no internet.. and no idea when it will come.. I tried to contact customer service on the chat.. but they didn’t seem to be able to check the status and just offered some extra data for mobile, then I called the customer service by phone and they also didn’t seem to be able to check and just said hopefully I will get a call/email today.. but so far I have nothing… so far you seem to have the most information!
