Ik heb mijn internetabonnement opgezegd

Hello
I have canceled my internet subscription, but my cancellation request is still on hold. I received an email from T-Mobile that raised a question with the following text: "If you canceled within your contract term, we may charge the remaining months on the invoice with your last subscription fee.
". The email states that T-Mobile may charge me for the remaining months of my contract if I cancel my T-Mobile Home subscription before the end of the contract period. I am concerned about these possible costs and would like to know if it is true, I can decide to keep my subscription.

We're very sad to hear you're leaving us! I see you've already spoken to customer service. Is everything clear about the contract termination now? If not, I would gladly help you further.
