I am not able to cancel my subscription on My Odido for a weird reason.
The reason was because I had to return my old defective Modem as it was not working, and I got a new one.
I returned the old one weeks ago, but I still cannot cancel my subscription even the contract was ended months ago.
I called Odido, and they still cannot help me.
I was transferred for more then 7 times and had to repeated my questions and personal information also 7 times in a single call, still no one could help me to cancel it.
This is ridiculous….
Who can help me in this situation? None of the terrible customer service is able to deal with this.
