Can you please help me cancel my House Internet subscription?

Hi @sidychau, welcome to our Community!
I immediately went to check for you and see that you are out of your contract and may cancel free of charge. May I ask why you want to cancel? Then I can enter this as a reason in my system. Please note that you have one month's notice when I cancel your subscription. Thanks in advance.

Hi @sidychau, thanks for your quick response. I have cancelled your subscription. The subscription will be terminated on 18-02. Good luck with the move!
