My internet light is red

2 days ago my internet light turned red and after restarting the router and modem multiple times, it's still red.

My tenant tried to call Odido but they said they need to speak to me (the owner & subscription holder), but I am in Australia and can't call Odidos landline. 

Can I reach out via WhatsApp or email or any other chat service?

How to get the Internet working again?

Are you using the NT on the picture? The power cable doesn't seem connected. Odido doesn't provide these so that could be a possible problem.
