Hi Odido team,

 

On Thursday i.e. 21 November 2024, I called customer service to cancel my home fiber internet contract, as it has been approx. 6 months and still I didn’t get Fibre working.

I was told my home fiber internet order is canceled and I will receive an email by tomorrow (22/11/2024)  and also I will immediately receive confirmation e-mail with the details about returning the equipment. 

By now I haven't received anything and Internet contract is still visible without any changes in myOdido. 

Can someone check if the contract is really canceled? I can't spend another hour waiting and talking  again.

I've checked for you and found that the subscription has been cancelled but is stuck and you haven't received any mail as a result. Our technical department are not available over the weekend, I have put it through for you so it will be picked up on Monday. You should get a confirmation then!

Its been 10 days when I posted question here and still I haven’t received any confirmation. 

I don’t know what I can do further from my end.

Hi ​@Savy, the order is cancelled but we need the equipment to be returned. I think after returning the modem you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation.


Hi ​@Tommie van Odido , I could not see any email on how to return the equipment altogether till the time you posted on above message. Anyways I got an email with label to return so I will do that and wait for email. 


Hi, I have shipped the equipment some 6 days ago and still waiting for confirmation email.


Hi ​@Savy, no worries! This can take a while, usually around 10 business days. Keep an eye on the e-mail. If you haven't received anything beyond this time, please place the trackinglink in your Community profile under '’Info voor moderator'’ and give me a headsup in this topic. I will then make sure this will be processed, if correct!


Hi ​@Cheyenne van Odido , Thanks for your message. I tracked shipment and found out that it has been delivered yesterday. Also I have provided information as asked above. I believe now you can process this towards closure. Thanks 


Hi ​@Savy, thank you so much! I can see it. Let's wait until this week is over, I think it will be processed this week. If not, I will arrange that the fee won't be processed. Please keep an eye on the e-mail we will send if it has been processed. In that case, I don't need to take action!
