Hi Odido team,
On Thursday i.e. 21 November 2024, I called customer service to cancel my home fiber internet contract, as it has been approx. 6 months and still I didn’t get Fibre working.
I was told my home fiber internet order is canceled and I will receive an email by tomorrow (22/11/2024) and also I will immediately receive confirmation e-mail with the details about returning the equipment.
By now I haven't received anything and Internet contract is still visible without any changes in myOdido.
Can someone check if the contract is really canceled? I can't spend another hour waiting and talking again.
