Try to download my eSim, but I get the following error: "Deze pagina zit op slot"

I am trying to activate my eSim but I am receiving this error.

 

I see many people have experienced this problem but I see no usable solution. Is it possible to receive the QR-code via email?

 

I am also unable to do this via the app, because when I go to log in through the app, I am sent to the website (which gives me the same error on mobile).

Went to the Odido store and sorted the problem.

Good morning Stef, I hope you had a good time these last few days! I've looked into your account, and I see that there was a simswap on the 25th in the evening. Did this work for you already? If not, please check your zip code and house number in your profile. These are not the same as we have in our system. If you fill in the correct ones and send me the verification code that I just sent you via SMS, I can e-mail you the QR-code. I'd love to hear from you! 😄

Thank you for your reply. I have edited my address in the system and it should match what I have on Odido.

 

With regards to the simswap on the 25th, while it worked, I deleted the eSim hoping to continue using my physical sim for a few more days (without realizing my physical sim had been disabled).

 

Also, regarding the verification code you sent me, I cannot access this as my sim does not work and I have no access to my phone number. I would be happy to verify in another way (via email or through iDIN which is how I have been accessing my account on Odido).
