Hi Odido Team

I am on traveling abroad and my sim card can’t be accessed or it does not work. When I was on Germany, it worked but It did not when I entered Switzerland. I assumed that it was because the Switzerland is not a part of EU so my card can’t be used. However, when I entered Italy, it still does’t. I requested to enter SIM pin, I did it. Unfortunately the problem still unsolve. My number is XXX. Could you please to help me regarding that issue?

thanks

Hello @Teguh Santoso

Have you tried restarting your phone or manually selecting another provider? Here you can see which provider works:

Maybe you can try your simcard in another phone too.

Hi @Loukea, I hope you're enjoying your time in South Africa! Good to see that you filled in your profile. However, the last 4 digits of your IBAN are different from the ones in our system. Could you please check them and fill in the correct ones. Then, I'm happy to look into it for you! I've already checked and I do see that the bundle is being used. Is it working now? If not, please also check the following:

  • Which country are you in? And can you (manually) select a network there?
  • Have you tried turning your phone off and on?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you! 😄
