hello i want to complain about your internet for a week  i have no internet on my phone i use mobile data me and my family also have no internet and they are on mobile data  t-mobile  from 4pm to 11pm the time is constant stops  and the internet turns on, I can't work, I can't call, and at the same time, I and my family pay for myself, if the problem is not fixed, my family and I will move to another operator

You can check the service on our coverage map. You can insert your zip code and you will see if there is any outage or coverage issues. You can also file your complaint on the website and our network department will look into your issue and will provide you with a solution within 14 days.
