I am currently in the US and no longer have access to my Odido mobile network. I need my SIM to work as it's essential for logging in everywhere. I've tried everything possible: enabled roaming, manually selected a network, and restarted the device multiple times.
I am unable to reach customer service as it’s the weekend for chat, and for some reason, I can’t complete a call with client service—the automated system does not recognize my selections.
I've read about similar issues in the community, and it seems there might be a problem called "roaming block." This could be the issue.
Can anyone please help? I need this fixed urgently and would also like to switch to an eSIM.
