I started using a Google Pixel 8 Pro with a T-Mobile NL prepaid SIM card about a year ago.
The phone is mainly used in Germany. Since commissioning, neither VoLTE/4G Calling nor Wifi Calling has worked in NL or DE.
Phone number, SIM card details, phone details can be given to an authorized employee.
What has already been tried:
1.Several chargeable calls to the hotline asking for troubleshooting.

The phone has a custom rom installed that is based on Google AOSP 15.
Years ago, Deutsche Telekom had to provision a Google Pixel with the same operating system in a similar case. Support also performed a Visitor Location Register (VLR) reset for the SIM card or phone at the time.
I would be grateful if a technician with the appropriate authority and expertise would get in touch to carry out provisioning so that I can finally use 4G calling. The hotline always assumes that the device or the SIM has a problem and never knows what to do. In addition, a credit note of 10-15 euros would be appreciated to cover the costs of the unsuccessful telephone calls to the hotline.
