*stuck in a loop

Hello,

I accidentally deleted my eSim, I’ve tried re-downloading a new one from my Odido account but it’s impossible to activate eSim when using the iDin method to verify.

When using iDin to identify myself, I can successfully login to my bank and proceed, but when redirected back to Odido, it just takes me back to my profile and the eSim is never activated.

Would someone be able to help me?

Ended up just going to an Odido store, they weren’t sure what the issue was. So they recommended I get a physical sim again


Hello @kierenblade, welcome to our Community! How crazy that the activation of your eSIM does not work. I don't see why this shouldn't work. Good thing you stopped by our store. That is indeed another faster way to activate a new SIM card.  In your account, I can indeed see that a new physical SIM card is linked to your number. Is everything else working properly now?
